Eastbank Location

OFFICE HOURS:

MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY 8:30 A.M. – 4:30 P. M.
 

Birth Certificates are now issued at the Eastbank Location. Please bring CASH (exact cash preferred).

 

​​The Clerk of Court Eastbank Office can issue marriage licenses, birth certificates and accept all civil, criminal, and real estate filings.

 

Marriage licenses and Birth Certificates will be issued from 8:30 A.M. through 4:00 P.M.

A Clerk of Court’s Office employee will bring all filings that are collected during the day to the Edgard Courthouse. Those filings that are accepted after the daily pickup will be delivered to the Edgard Office on the following day.
